You

Here are this week’s notes and last Friday’s update. Can you write this week’s version?

Here’s the draft. I left the delivery date blank because it wasn’t in your notes.

You

Thanks. Keep it shorter next time, and put anything the client needs to do at the top.

What’s still on your list?

Start with something you already need to do. Here are a few examples you can try with your own files and information.

  1. 1

    The update you haven’t written

Share your notes, a photo from the job, and an earlier report. Ask for a draft that covers what changed, what’s next, and what needs an answer. Check names, dates, and figures before sending it.

  2. 2

The quotes you need to compare

Share the quotes and ask it to put the prices, delivery dates, and exclusions side by side. Check the details against the originals.

  3. 3

    The websites you keep checking

Ask it to check selected public pages on a schedule and bring back the changes with links, so you can read the parts that matter.

You don’t have to start from scratch tomorrow.

Your files, conversations, and saved preferences stay together. Come back to the same assistant and carry on where you left off. BrainRoad looks after the computer it works on, including backups and updates.

Where your work happens

Keep different work in different conversations.

Start with one assistant. When it helps, add another for research or a particular client. These are called Bots in the app. Each can remember its own instructions, and they can work with the files you’ve already shared.

$79 a month. AI usage included.

More questions answered
Do I need to know how to set up AI?

No. BrainRoad sets up your AI assistant and includes AI usage in your plan. Sign in, ask a question or share a file, and start there. You can connect other accounts later if you need them.

Will it keep working when I close my laptop?

Yes. Work runs on your BrainRoad computer, so your laptop can be off. Scheduled work can run while you are away, and you can find the results in the same chat when you return. AI work pauses if you use up your monthly allowance.

Will it ask me before sending a message or changing a file?

Not for every action. If you connect an account, your assistants can use the permissions you give them, including sending messages or changing files. Start with files you are comfortable sharing and connect only the accounts you want them to use.

What if it gets something wrong?

Check the result and explain what needs changing. You can ask your assistant to remember your preferences for next time. AI can make mistakes; check important facts, figures, and anything you plan to send to a customer.

What does it cost?

The plan is $79 per month, including your private computer, all your AI assistants, and $20 of AI usage each calendar month. There are no automatic overage charges. BrainRoad is currently available to invited pilot accounts.
